First Canadian Place is accessible by car along Bay, King, Adelaide and York streets. (Note that York street is one-way northbound and Adelaide Street is one-way eastbound). Parking is available in First Canadian Place with entrances on both York and Adelaide Street.
PARKING ANY EVENINGS
$2.00 for the first half-hour or less with a maximum evening rate of $7.00 from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. 365 days a year.

Aaccessible from St Andrew, King and Union PATH MAP
FROM ST. ANDREW STATION: Take the East exit through the Sun Life Tower, and keep walking East until you reach First Canadian Place.
FROM KING STATION:
NORTH EXIT: go through MetLife Place, through the food court into Scotia Plaza. Continue to walk west through Scotia Plaza until you reach First Canadian Place
SOUTH EXIT: Upon entering Commerce Court, walk north until you reach Scotia Plaza. Then make a left (west) until you reach First Canadian Place.
FROM UNION STATION: Walk north through the Royal Bank Plaza, then through the Toronto Dominion Centre, until you reach First Canadian Place.
