Coconut Lime Energy Bites

Saturdays are for making healthy snacks that are easy to prep and great for grab and go situations.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

    • 1 cup almonds
    • 1 ½ cup medjool dates, pitted
    • 1 scoop @genuinehealth fermented vegan proteins+ vanilla or unsweetened
    • 3 key limes, zest and juice
    • ½ cup unsweetened coconut ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀


    • Place almonds in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
    • Add dates, @genuinehealth fermented Vegan proteins+, lime zest and juice. Pulse until mixture begins to stick together in clumps.
    • Roll dough into balls and toss in shredded coconut ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
