Greens+ Key Lime Smoothie Bowl Saturday

The refreshing flavours of lime, coconut, banana, and avocado with baby spinach and Genuine Health‘s greens+ gives you the boost you need to kick off the day in a nutritious way!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 large frozen banana
1/2 avocado
2 teaspoons lime zest
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 to 3 ice cubes
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup, or agave to taste
1/3 – 1 scoop Genuine Health greens+
1 scoop fermented vegan protein, coconut flavour

 

Directions:
Add the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with toppings of your choice. Have fun with this step. Enjoy!

Sliced banana
Rasberries
Large flake dried coconut
Hemp hearts
Chia seeds
